Heard Mr. Godbole, learned Counsel for the petitioners. The learned counsel Mr. Godbole, fairly submitted before this Court that the principal prayer in the Writ Petition is the prayer Clause 'A' and on the backdrop of that prayer, the petitioner has approached this Court.

The learned Counsel Mr. Godbole, further

wp203.15 submits that the prayer clause 'B', 'C' & 'D', would operate in a different field and as such he is not pressing these prayers at this stage. It is also submitted by Mr. Godbole, learned counsel for petitioners that subsequent to the filing of the petition the proposal for grant of approval to the services of respondents No. 5 to 8 was rejected by the Deputy Director of the Education Officer vide order dated 6.2.2008, as such, the purpose of approaching this Court is now duly served. 3. The grievance of the petitioners as such, no more survives in view of submission of Mr. Godbole. We therefore, see no reason to keep the present petition pending in this Court and accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of.
