According to learned counsel, order dated 21-02-2019 has been passed with reference to earlier report of 2011, unwary of that a communication has been addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this court dated 07-02-2019 by the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nanded, referring to framing of scheme under order dated 05-11-2014.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that against said scheme, further proceedings have been taken up.

In view of the same, it does not appear that the purport underlying writ petition as prayed for under prayer clauses (B) and (C) would have any efficacy.
