ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body. Learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body submits that the applicant - Acquiring Body is ready to deposit the entire decreetal amount during the course of day. He requested to grant the relief of stay. 2.

In view of submission, the Civil Application is granted. The execution and implementation of impugned Judgment and Award passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Jalgaon, in LAR No. 66 of 2012, dated 27-02-2018, is hereby stayed till further orders subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount with interest accrued thereon during the course of day.

Learned counsel for the applicant-Acquiring Body submits that for depositing the Demand Draft of decreetal amount, requisite direction may be issued to accept the same. The Registry to accept the Demand Draft pursuant to the aforesaid order. 4.
