Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the complainant and learned APP for the respondent-State.

This is a successive bail application in Crime No.459 of 2022, registered with Satara Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 364-A, 170, 120-B, 201 of the IPC.

3. The change-in-circumstance is a settlement between the complainant and the accused. The accused is languishing in jail for sufficient time. Charge sheet has been filed. The offences, for which, the applicant has been arraigned as a

3-BA.1863-23.odt accused may be amicably settled at the instance of the complainant. In this peculiar circumstances, the bail application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant PRATIK SUDHIR JADHAV be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount, in Crime No.459 of 2022, registered with Satara Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Section 384, 385, 364-A, 170, 120-B, 201 of the IPC, on the condition that he shall attend the trial on each and every effective date.

(iii) Criminal Application No.67 of 2024 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
