Heard learned counsel for Applicant-Acquiring Body. She submits that the applicant-Acquiring Body is ready to deposit entire decreetal amount. She requested to grant stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgments and awards passed by the learned Reference Court.

In view of aforesaid submission, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgments and awards passed by the learned Reference Court in the proceedings of LAR Nos.390 of 2015 and 391 of 2015 is hereby stayed, subject to condition that the applicant-Acquiring Body shall deposit entire decreetal amount alongwith interest accrued there on till 26.03.2020. In case of failure, the present order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to this Court and the liberty would be granted to the respondents-claimants to execute the awards as per the provisions of Law.
