At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to add respondent Nos.5-A and 5-B. Leave is granted as prayed for. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed pursuant to the advertisement to the said post and as a matter of fact initial approval has been granted by respondent No.5. It is submitted that respondent Management has submitted the proposal to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed i.e. respondent No.5 for approval on 21.01.2016 which has been received by the Office of the Education Officer on 22.01.2016. However, the Education Officer has not

( 2 ) wp1012.18 communicated any decision on the said proposal. 3.

Since there in an innocuous prayer, we are inclined to dispose of the petition with direction to respondent No.5 to decide the said proposal within stipulated period. Accordingly we pass the following order :

i.

We direct respondent No.5 to take the final decision on pending proposal, if already not taken, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible however, within eight weeks from today and communicate the said decision to the concerned parties.

ii.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

iii.

Needless to observe that if the decision is in favour of the petitioner the concerned respondent to take the appropriate steps for disbursement of salary, if any, expeditiously.
