Present application is moved for directions to respondent - State to not to take applicant in custody unless her mental and physical condition is properly examined by medical expert. 2.

Perused the application. Applicant seems to be tried by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jalgaon vide Sessions Case No.73 of 2003 and held guilty for charge under section 307 of IPC. Appeal was preferred against said judgment and this court by judgment and order dated 10.09.2024 dismissed the appeal maintaining conviction. However, sentence came to be modified to already undergone.

In spite of above judgment and order, instant application has been pressed into service. Papers show that, appeal was conducted by counsel appointed through Legal aid. Admittedly, appeal is already disposed off.

After considering the application, its contents, there is no merit and said prayers raised herein cannot be considered. Hence, matter is dismissed for want of merits.
