Learned Counsel for the complainant placed on record affidavit-in-reply of respondent No.2. The affidavit-in-reply is taken on record. Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the complaint. 2.
We found that the applicants are accused Nos.4,5 & 6 in the complaint. They are distant relatives of main accused-husband of the complainant. It is alleged by the complainant that she was harassed by all the accused over demand of dowry. Applicant No.1 is maternal aunt of her husband. Applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are husbands of maternal aunts of her husband. All three applicants do not stay in the same house with the husband of the complainant.
( 2 ) cria6359.15 They either stay at Dhule or at other places. In the complaint it is alleged that applicant Nos.2 and 3 made phone calls and abused the complainant over demand of dowry. We do not see any case made out against the applicants. We also find that in this matrimonial dispute unnecessary distant relatives are roped in for harassing them. We are not expressing any opinion on merits of the case, so far as it touches the main accused. The applicants/accused Nos.4 to 6 deserve quashing of the complaint as against them.

The Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) only to the extent of the applicants. Rest of the case shall continue.
