The concerned advocates for respondents, despite appearance, remained absent.

The applicants - original appellants are seeking recalling of order dated 03.08.2020, passed by the learned Registrar (J) of this Courtin SA St. No.14742/2022, whereby registration of the appeal was refused on account of non removal of office objections. The applicants have also

{2} 918.odt requested to condone the delay of 418 days. There is no oppose to the application. The learned Counsel for the applicants also undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

As such, the Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" subject to cost of Rs.1000/- payable to the Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad and removal of all the office objections within two weeks.
