Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for expediting the proceeding pending before respondent No.3/Tahsildar. He has a complaint against Tahsildar that he did not accept his application for certified copy.

The learned A.G.P. has produced copy of Roznama, which shows that the matter was finally heard on 26.12.2024 and it is closed for judgment. The Roznama dated 03.10.2024 is also identical. Even then, the petitioner has approached to this Court seeking a direction for disposal. It seems that the petitioner is not diligent in attending the proceedings. However, the learned A.G.P. submits that the decision would be taken within eight days from today.
