The learned Advocate for the petitioners points out that, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune had stayed the election process till the appeal period in respect of the order dated 15/10/2018 passed by the learned Deputy Charity Commissioner, Ahmednagar. This direction was passed in the impugned order dated 15/10/2018. On account of passage of time, the petition is rendered infructuous as the said direction has lost its efficacy. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off, as being infructuous.
