Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that it is just about 30 minutes prior to this application being called out, that he has received information that applicant No.2 Appasaheb Govind, who was the earlier Chair Person of the applicant No.1 Society, has passed away on 03/10/2015. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this civil application so as to file a fresh civil application in the same cause.
