PER COURT :- 1.

Vide the present application, the applicant committee is seeking permission to take appropriate decision with regard to construction of educational complex in Survey No. 183 situated at Nimgaon Korhale, Tq. Rahata and for that purpose, permit the committee to spend necessary amount required for the purpose of construction of educational complex.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

Firstly, the committee will have to arrive at a conclusion about the expenditure that is required for the same. At present, we allow the applicant committee to take appropriate decision with regard to construction of an educational complex in Survey No. 183 situated at Nimgaon Korhale. If the same is permissible as per plan and as per rules and regulations of the Grampanchayat,

CA 15676.2015.odt then the applicant shall seek necessary permission of appropriate authority, prepare lay out plan of the construction, thereafter appoint architecture and also the approximate expenditure that would be required and before proceeding with any work shall seek permission of this Court with regard to expenditure to be made. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
