Heard both the sides. Seen the report of the Presiding Officer. The report shows that all the witnesses of prosecution are examined except the Investigating Officer and the Investigating Officer is under cross examination.

The previous application was rejected on merit. Learned counsel for the Applicant, accused submitted that the accused is interested in early disposal of the matter. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, this Court holds that the trial Court can dispose of the matter
-:(2):- within 45 days from the date of receipt of this order. 3.
The application is disposed of accordingly. The trial Court is expected to dispose of the matter during this period.

After 45 days there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court provided that the Applicant cooperates to the trial Court for trial.
