Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned award and considering the avernments in the present application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

1. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

2. Balance 50% amount be invested in any nationalized bank initially for the period of one year and if so required, for further period till disposal of the appeal.

3. Civil application stands disposed of.
