Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. It is contended that initially, the matter as against the present applicants was closed by J.M.F.C. as they are not relatives of the husband, but subsequently, the matter was re-opened by the Magistrate. If that was done then such order could have been challenged in Sessions Court. Time is given to learned counsel for the applicants to take instructions from his client. Stand over to 26.02.2021."

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits, on instructions, that the applicants desire to withdraw this application so as to approach the learned Sessions Court for challenging the order of the learned J.M.F.C., thereby reopening the matter against these applicants, passed within it's power of review. 4.
