I do not find any substance in this contempt petition. This Court has passed the order, pending hearing and final disposal of the second appeal, and thereby stayed the execution of the judgment and decree dated 9th December, 2003 passed by the Adhoc Additional District Judge, Osmanabad in Regular Civil Appeal No.49 of 1993. The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that even though this Court has stayed the decree passed by the lower Appellate Court, the Circle Officer has taken the mutation entry on the basis of the judgment and decree passed by the Adhoc Additional District Judge, Osmanabad in Regular Civil Appeal No.49 of 1993.
