P.C. :
Mr.Gadhe, learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing of the present Petition, respondents have sent roaster to the B.C.Cell as per affidavit filed by respondents. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is eligible to be promoted on the post of Deputy Registrar from S.T. Category. Said post is also vacant. Even petitioner has given representation on 28/12/2013 and on 4/10/2014 but no cognizance has been taken on the said

3] Considering above, we pass following order :
a] The respondent no.1 shall take decision on the roaster forwarded by the University expeditiously on priority basis preferably within three months.
b] The respondent authority shall decide the representation and consider the case immediately within fifteen days from the receipt of the roaster verified by the B.C. Cell.
4] Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open.
