PER COURT :

Heard Mr. Ingle, learned counsel for the petitioner. The Family Court has granted interim maintenance amounting to Rs.10,000/- per month to the wife and two children of the petitioner. The respondent is a postgraduate. He would run coaching classes. It appears that, in the fitness of things, grant of interim maintenance is adequate. The petitioner herein can very well lead evidence before the Court concerned to establish his case so as to non-suit the respondent wife. In the given circumstances, I am not inclined to issue any notice of this proceedings. Criminal Writ Petition is dismissed. The Family Court is requested to to decide the matter at the earliest, preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
