The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have challenged the impugned order dated 09.05.2023 before the appellate authority. He submits that during the pendency of the proceedings before the appellate authority the order dated 09.05.2023 is sought to be executed against the petitioners.

In view of the same, the petitioners pray that the order dated 09.05.2023, be stayed.

It would be more appropriate that the petitioner seeks an interim relief by way of an application before the appellate authority. If such an interim relief application is filed, the appellate authority to decide the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
