At the outset, learned advocate appearing for respondent No.1 submits that order under Section 7A of the Employees Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 is already passed on 22-12-2021. In view of the above order, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and the petitioner shall have to challenge the said order passed under Section 7A, by filing appeal under Section 7(i) of the said Act.
