The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 13 days. However, as per the submission of learned Counsel for the Insurance Company, there is also circulation delay.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated n the application, the delay of 13 days stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicants shall not claim any
