2] There is a consensus between the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned AGP appearing for for respondent nos.1 and 2 that in view of the statement made in paragraph 4 of the affidavit-in-reply of respondent no.2, this petition can be conveniently disposed of. 3] Upon perusal of the contents of paragraph 4 of the said affidavit, it appears that the proposal

4] In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.

5] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the AGP appearing for the State graciously submit that the amount of Rs.5,000/-, which has been been deposited by the concerned respondents in this Court, may be given to the High Court Bar Association's Library.
