Approval to the appointment of the petitioners have been turned down by respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar vide communication dated 14th November 2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that, the order of refusal of grant was passed without hearing the Management and the petitioners as well. In this backdrop, the petitions could be disposed of directing the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar to hear the petitioners and the Management and considering the claim of the petitioners for grant of approval on its own merits within two months, even uninfluenced by this order.
