Perused the contents of the application, and in particular, order dated 23rd September 2014, which is extracted in the application

(2) Contempt Petition No. 570 of 2014 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad. In fact, the order is incorrectly typed.

In that view of the matter, when the order of this Court is not properly communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad, by the petitioner, there is no question of disobedience of order of this Court by the Superintendent of Police.

Hence, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
