Mr.Patil, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred on deputation and states that there is availability of the post where the petitioner is deputed and she be continued on the said post at the place where she has been

Representation has been made on 19/12/2014 (Exh.D colletively), however, the same is not considered. 2] Mr.Bondar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that when the petitioner has been posted on deputation, petitioner cannot claim that post as of right.

3] There cannot be any dispute with the proposition that the petitioner as of right cannot work at the place where she has been deputed. However, the fact that the petitioner has already given representation Exh.D, the respondents shall consider the said representation on its own merits as per Rules and policy and decide the same expeditiously preferably by end of April, 2015. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
