Mr.Patil, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has sought request transfer in Soygaon taluka. There is a vacancy available at the said place, however, representation is not being considered.

Respondent No.1 shall decide the representation made by present petitioner [Exh.B] on its own merits as per its policy expeditiously preferably by end of April 2015. Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
