This petition can be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioners to tender an appropriate representation/ application to the Taluka Level Committee constituted under the Circular issued by the Revenue Commissioner on 13.2.2015, within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioners make a representation/ application to the Taluka Level Committee within the time stipulated above, the concerned Committee shall take appropriate decision and issue necessary instructions as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such application.
