Heard Mr. Deshpande, learned Advocate appearing for applicants. Office note shows that present application /appeal is filed against judgment and order passed by Joint Charity Commissioner in Revision Petition No. 112 of 2010. An order passed in revisional jurisdiction cannot be subjected to appeal. 2.

Mr. Deshpande submits that in view of aforesaid objection he may be permitted to withdraw application alongwith appeal with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate forum as is permissible under law. In result, application alongwith appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
