This is an application for condonation of delay of 3 days caused in filing the first appeal. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay stands condoned. The application stands allowed in the interest of justice. Appeal be registered.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned judgment and award.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to deposit of the amount by the appellant, as per the impugned judgment and award along with interest, within a period of eight weeks from today. If the aforesaid amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the stay granted by this Court shall be deemed to be vacated. The application stands disposed of.
