Mr.Golegaonkar, learned advocate submits that the petitioner has urgency in the matter and he was not communicated of the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner can file appeal immediately with the Committee. If the appeal is filed within two days from today, then the Committee
