We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners for some time. We expressed our disinclination. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that they will respond to the show cause notice issued by the Circle Officer and place entire material before him to indicate that he has no jurisdiction and secondly, the litigation on the same issue is already sub-judice.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. The disposal of this Petition would not come in the way of these Petitioners in showing cause before the concerned authority. All contentions are kept open.
