This application has been filed jointly by the applicants and informant for quashing of criminal proceedings initiated pursuant to the First Information Report (FIR), being Crime No.63 of 2014

-2registered with Itwara Police Station, Nanded for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There was civil dispute between the parties, same has also been settled. There is no other victim.

Considering the nature of offences alleged to have been committed and fact that the informant herself joined in the application as applicant for quashing the FIR, we allow this application in terms of prayer clause b, on the condition that the applicants shall together deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- within one week with this Court, as costs.

On deposit of the amount, as aforesaid, the Registry is directed to transmit 50% of the amount deposited to the office of the Government Pleader for E-Library, as early as possible. The bank account details of the same are as under :- Name :
