Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned counsel submits that validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 30th September 2016, with the committee. The petitioner is a student. As the validation proceeding was not decided the petitioner could not seek admission in the professional course. The learned counsel submits that, committee be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

I] The respondent No. 2 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months. II] The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding.

III] The petitioner may appear before the committee on 27th November, 2017.
