Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The incident happened in Tamasha. One of the coaccused started dancing on the stage, then the quarrel took place. The FIR reveals no specific allegations against the applicant. The general allegations have been levelled against 5 to 10 persons that they assaulted the injured with sticks. However, there are specific allegations against accused No.1 that he assaulted the injured with deadly weapon. The applicant has been arrested on 10.11.2022. He was sent to police custody. Now he is in magisterial custody. Nothing remained to be investigated from him. The material

945-BA.2038-22.odt investigation has been completed. There are no antecedents to the discredit of the applicant. The applicant is a young man having family responsibilities.

3. Considering the role attributed to the applicant and the investigation made against him, his further detention would serve no purpose. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant ANGAD RASERAO MUNDE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.270 of 2022, registered by Police Station Parali Rural, District Beed, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the IPC, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
