On the last date i.e. on 15.07.2022, learned Counsel for Applicant sought adjournment on the same ground and stated that she wants to serve the Applicant by Registered Post A.D. There is no compliance of such order. A copy of notice issued to the Applicant is not placed on record.

Since the Applicant is not appearing and giving instructions, the matter cannot be adjourned since present Criminal Application is of 2017. Hence, the Criminal Application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
