The applicant/original claimant seeks to condone THE delay of 100 days caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Tribunal under the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act.

Heard Mr Shaikh, learned advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.1.

Having considered the submissions advanced and on perusal of the reasons as stated in paragraph nos. 2 to 4 of the application, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 100 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off.
