PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of, on the basis of assurance given on behalf of respondent No.3, to take decision in respect of validation proposal pending with the committee in respect of the petitioner, within a period of six months from today. Although direction has been issued in Writ Petition No.6549 of 2015 to the committee to take decision in the matter, within a period of six months from the date of the order i.e. 1.7.2015, it is informed that, no decision has been taken as yet. We accept the statement made on behalf of respondent No.3 committee, undertaking to dispose of the claim within a period of six months from today. Respondent No.2 College shall not take any adverse action until the decision in respect of the proposal for validation of the caste certificate of the petitioner, pending with the scrutiny committee.
