Mr. Bajaj, by inviting our attention to the grounds raised in the application and more particularly at paragraphs 4 and 5, submitted that the delay caused in filing the appeal of 8 days is due to purely unintentional and bona fide reasons. Though the learned Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 opposes the application, in view of the submission of Mr. Bajaj and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned.
