This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon in L.A.R. No.1550/2005 (Old L.A.R. No.682/2004) decided on 21.04.2010.

The delay is of 2662 days. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos.2 and 3, application seeking condonation of delay deserves to be allowed. In the interest of justice, the following order is passed:
