Mr. Pulkundwar, learned counsel waives notice for the respondent No. 3 in Writ Petition No. 12603 of 2024. Mr. Bangar, learned counsel waives notice for the Union of India in Writ Petition No. 12610 of 20224 and Writ Petition No. 12622 of 2024. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No. 5 in Writ Petition No. 12610 of 20224 and Writ Petition No. 12622 of 2024. Heard the matters finally at the admission stage. 3.

It is the contention of the petitioners that they have made representations to the respondents/ for reimbursement of 25% fees of the students admitted under the Right of Children to Free

In view of the view taken by this Court in similar set of matters, we deem it appropriate to direct the respondent authorities to decide the proposals of the petitioners for reimbursement of 25% fees of the students admitted under the R. T. E. Act, independently on its merit, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight (08) weeks and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled to receive the same, the respondents shall take appropriate steps to disburse the fees to the petitioners within four (04) weeks thereafter.
