Shri Gore the learned counsel h/f. Mr. V.D. Salunke submits that during the pendency of the writ petition there is a development, whereby the Respondent/MIDC has issued a notice dated 17.10.2025 whereby directions to take possession of the subject matter plot has been ordered. Shri Gore the learned counsel submits that in view of this development the present civil application is filed seeking permission to amend the writ petition as prayed herein. He would submit that the pleadings at paragraph no. 23 be permitted to be amended as 23-A, 23-B, 23-C and 23-D. He would further submit that
( 2 ) 908 ca 11654.25 in the light of this development prayer clauses may also be permitted to be amended as prayer clauses-BB and EE.

For the reasons stated in the application, the civil application stands allowed. Shri Wange the learned counsel representing the Respondent/MIDC would submit on instructions that till 06.11.2025 the Respondent/MIDC will not take any coercive action against the subject matter Plot No.15, Chikalthana Industrial Area, Ch. Sambhajinagar. In as much the MIDC shall not take possession of the said plot till 06.11.2025. Shri Wange the learned counsel would submit that he will respond to the amended writ petition justifying the notice dated 17.10.2025. Shri Gore the learned counsel would submit that the statement made by the Respondent/MIDC suffice the purpose of today's hearing and he would advance his further arguments on the next date.
