The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the amount along with interest deposited in this Court after the pronouncement of the judgment and order passed by the Supreme Court. 2.

Applicant no. 1-B is daughter and 1-C is grand daughter of Krushna Gopal Nair and Satyabhama Krushna Nair. Krushna Gopal Nair was petitioner no. 24 in High Court. Thereafter, he prosecuted Civil Appeal No. 315 of 2011, before the Supreme Court through his wife Satyabhama. The amount is deposited in this Court by the order of Supreme Court.

Krushna Gopal Nair and after his death Satyabhama Krushna Nair were entitled to the amount of compensation deposited in

this Court. Both of them died and applicant no. 1-B - Sunita and 1-C - Kavita are the only legal heirs praying stepping in the shoes of deceased Krushna and deceased Satyabhama. They have annexed heirship certificate to this application.
