Considering the nature of the reliefs claimed in the Writ Petition, the presence of Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 is not required. By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking directions to Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide their caste claims of belonging to Koli Mahadev Scheduled Tribe which are pending before the Respondent No.2/Caste Scrutiny Committee since 15.12.2023 and 11.12.2024 respectively.

Considering the same, we direct the Respondent No.2/ Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claims of the Petitioners within a period of six months from today.
