Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, Special Civil Suit No. 17 of 2014, in which the petitioner-plaintiff had taken out the application for temporary injunction, which came to be rejected by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani and the appeal thereagainst, being MCA No.38 of 2019, also came to be dismissed by the impugned judgment and order, itself has been dismissed.
