In the event the petitioner moves an application for seeking restoration of this petition within 30 days from today, the same shall be subject to the petitioner paying an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) as a donation for the Ghati Hospital,

8 WP NO 1443 of 2019.odt Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be dawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital Dengi Samiti, Aurangabad" and producing a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 31/12/2019. After 31/12/2019, if such an application is filed, this Court would enhance the costs amount if the Court finds favour with the application for restoration.
