By this review application, the order dated 7th December, 2021 passed in Writ Petition No.13142/2021 is sought to be reviewed. 2.

Under the order dated 7th December, 2021, we have not decided any issue nor have given any direction. We only recorded the statement of the learned A.G.P., made on instructions that the interim application filed by the petitioner would be decided by the end of January, 2022.

Mr. S.R. Sapkal, learned Advocate for the applicant submits that six change reports and various applications are pending. Earlier application of the original writ petitioner is rejected. 4.

All these contentions are to be raised before the authority

RA4-2022.odt before whom the matter is pending. None of the party is precluded from bringing to the notice of the authority, where the matter is pending, all the facts relevant for decision.

As we have not issued any direction, nor decided any issue in Writ Petition No.13142/2021, no question arises for review of the order dated 7th December, 2021 passed therein. In view of that, the review application is disposed of. The other prayer made in this review application cannot be an issue concerning the subject matter of the review application.
