DATED : 19th JUNE 2025 ORDER:- 1.

In the order dated 17th June 2025, we have observed that amount of Rs. 27,53,790/- towards arrears of pension of the petitioner is credited in the State Bank of India's account of the petitioner on 28.04.2025. So also arrears of Rs. 1,50,930/- for the period from 18.06. 2018 to to 30.04.2025 credited in the Family Pension Account on 23.04.2025.

Today, the matter was kept at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner to confirm from the petitioner as to whether these amounts are received. He submits that, he could not establish the contact with his client.

Be that as it may, we accept the submissions made by the respondent in the letter Exhibit 'X' and hold that the order is complied with.

In view of the compliance of the order, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
