Present petition has been filed for direction to respondent no.2 to decide the Appeal of the petitioner which is pending since 10/10/2024. 2.

Learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for all the respondents and places on record the photocopy of the written communication, which is taken on record by marking Exhibit-A, wherein it is stated that respondent no.2 would decide it within six weeks. 3.

The first and foremost fact to be noted is that the said Appeal filed by the petitioner challenges the order of rejection of parole leave and it is pending since 10/10/2024, and therefore, we are of the opinion that period of three weeks would be sufficient for taking decision on the Appeal. Hence, we dispose of the writ petition by giving direction to respondent no.2 to decide the Appeal of the petitioner
