Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By the present writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the interim order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad on stay petition in file No. ROR / REV / 325/2022 dated 22.11.2022. 3.

This Court, while issuing notice, has granted stay to the orders passed by the Collector, so also to the order passed by the Additional Commissioner. .

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I hold that it would be more appropriate to direct the Additional Commissioner, Aurangabad to decide the main revision petition bearing No. ROR / REV / 325/2022 pending before it within a period of four months from the date of the production of this order. During the pendency of the matter before the Additional Collector, the interim order passed by this Court would continue to operate.
